Simple steps to reset Mozilla Firefox to its default settings when it is slow, hanged or crashes frequently. It also resets the homepage to default if it is changed to something else by some software.
Step 1. Open Mozilla Firefox and type about:support in the address bar of Mozilla Firefox.

Step 2. Now click on Reset Firefox button seen on the right side of the dialog box..
Step 3. Now click on the Reset Firefox button from the shown dialog box.
Step 4. Wait for few seconds it will restart the firefox automatically.
Now it will restart the Firefox automatically and will reset all the settings, resets homepage to default and disable the extensions installed in Firefox
