How to take snapshot of selected area of Screen through Snipping Tool

Windows 7 and Windows 8/8/1 have inbuilt tool which we can use to take screenshot of the part of the screen. There is a Print Screen button on all the keyboard which we use previously on Windows 2000 and Windows XP which can also be used in Windows 7 and Windows 8/8.1, but by using Print Screen button from the keyboard we get who screen snapshot and then we crop the needed area in Picture editing software such as MS-Paint and Adobe Photoshop. So the tool provided by windows 7 and windows 8/8.1 is Snipping Tool. 

To open the tool just type snipping tool in search program and files box of start button. Then click on snipping tool icon.

The window of snipping tool will be displayed on the screen, click on the new button and selext the area to be taken as screenshot.

Now after choosing the area to be taken as screenshot now choose File->Save As and type the name of image file and also select the image format such as jpg.
