How to install Ubuntu 14.04 in Oracle VM VirtualBox

I use Oracle VM VirtualBox because its free and can install almost every Operating Virtually. And most importantly it is very user friendly Virtual machine Software.
Steps to install Ubuntu 14.04 are shown in the screenshots as below.
