To configure Sticky keys to use mouse from keyboard in Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7 follow the steps.
1. Press Shift key 5 times, you will see sticky key dialog box on your screen.
2. Now press Tab key to select Settings then press Spacebar or Enter key.
3. From Accessibility Options window choose Mouse tab using Tab button and then press Spacebar. Now under Mouse tab Check the box saying Use MouseKeys. Now you can use your Num Keypad as a mouse pointer. 1,2,3,4,6,7,8,9 buttons will move your mouse pointer up, down, lef and right and 5 will be used as left click.
This option is working in Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7.

Note: We can not use Keypad as Mouse in Laptops Comes without Numeric keypad on the Right Side. To use the this features in those laptops we can remap the numpad keys with the basic 0-9 keys seen below functions keys which is not easy for everyone. Or you can attach a USB keyboard to use the feature in emergency if that keyboard is available. generally we don't need to enable this option, it is needed in some emergency case when we need to use mouse but mouse is not working.

1. Go to Control Panel by pressing Start button shortcut Windows key.
2. Now select Ease of Access Center and then choose Make keyboard easier to use using Tab button and then Spacebar.
3. Using Tab button Check the box saying Turn on Mouse Keys. Now your keyboard can work as mouse and you can also configure more settings by choosing Set up Mouse Keys link.
